Mostly words, a few prints, a few drawings ... and several unfinished stories

Twitching towards the studio?
When I was last seriously printmaking I didn't have a blog, but now occasionally visit those of other printmakers. Possibly the desire to begin again is stirring because on seeing the barbed wire on my way down to the river yesterday, I immediately thought of drypoint and the burrs that are scratched up and possess that beguiling ragged edge when inked and printed. The randomness of line also appeals.

Hello Sandra - just came by to see who you are. Had to smile when I saw these images of the barbed wire and my first thought was about sugar lift and dry point combinations and I had not actually read what you had written. Think we must be a little like minded!
