Lots of itty-bitty paragraphs today, one hundred and fifty words attaching themselves to random characters with varying degrees of relevancy. Written up and 'parked' for future fitting in somewhere. Maybe.
I find I am being ambushed with these interesting bits, which have much in common with the Bridie series, and are not the voice I thought I was using for this - relationships for example. At the same time I am perceiving glimmers of possible plot development. All I can do is follow my nose and see where it takes me.
Ray Bradbury said: "Your intuition knows what to write, so get out of the way." I'd say you've got that figured out! Keep following your nose!
