Day 21 NaNo - 55288

Considering I've been sat at the computer for hours today I have very little to show for it.   It's mostly been playing put and take, trying to shoehorn conversations and snippets of action into the right day so that they all progress nicely.   But they don't and I have come to the conclusion that the best thing to do is go and read a book.

    Congrats on hitting your mark so early! I'm way behind where I should be. Needed 30,148 today but I'm only at about 24,000, and on four hours sleep too tired to pull another long writing night. *sigh* Oh well. I'll keep at it. I think it rocks that you reached the target with time to spare. Awesome!

    Write a book. The phrase is WRITE a book. Now go back and have another go! Auntie AJ has spoken. (And I'm sure you can see me wagging my finger at you in a meaningful way.) ;)

    Thnk Auntie AJ - in mitigation I'll tell you that the book I read WAS one I'd written that is being proofed. And I am also thinking of signing up for W1S1's Write a Novel challenge [http://absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=224871] to finish this one off properly and make sure it doesn't stagnate.
