Visit this month’s Blog Carnival and see why thirty writers and artists linger on the edge. In stunning images and words, people in places as different as Baltimore and Hong Kong, Newport and New Zealand, London and Nepal, explore the edges of art, story, poetry, text, history, innocence, experience.

  1. I've just read your extract from 'Luke Darbyshere' Is it part of a published novel you've written?

If so where can I get hold of a copy because I would enjoy reading it.

  2. Jarmara - Thank you for your enthusiasm! Luke Darbyshere is one of those characters created as a result of a Thinking Ten prompt - I like him and am certainly hoping to use him for a novel sometime - more along the lines of the latest Book Blurb Friday tale possibly. I cannot work out where the one with something nasty involving marbles is going to end up (sound familiar?)

  3. Sandra - Your "Curve of Early Learning" piece is mesmerizing. Wow. And thanks so much for the historical reference you made at the end, which pulled it all together for me. Your talent is amazing.
